"Guess The Number of Spicy Gumdrops"

Ryan Smith is the lucky winner of the "Guess The Number of Spicy Gumdrops" at the Mandatory Horse Project Meeting on April 26th.  He guessed 169 and there were 177 of them.  Ryan - please find Sandy at the next horse show to claim your gumdrops before she eats the rest of them.

EAC Member Applications

If you are interested in getting more involved with the Clinton County 4-H Equine Program, consider joining the Equine Advisory Committee.  This committee is made up of 8 youth and 8 adults, and many of the current members' terms are expiring this year.  The application, available here, is due by September 8th to the 4-H office.

Dressage Clinic

There will be a dressage clinic on July 12th from 6:30 to 9pm at the home of Daria Aldrich on Hyde Rd just east of 27. It will be limited to 15 riders but auditors are welcome. The cost is 10.00 for the riders and 5 dollars for the auditors. Parent who bring kids do not pay to audit the class. The class is open to all riders of any age including adults. I would like to know so if they could call and leave a message if they are riding that would be great. They may call Jan at 517-626-2367.

State Show Delegate Open Book Test

For anyone who is trying to qualify for the State Show, there is a new document posted to the right in the "Forms" section - an open book quiz that needs to be filled out and turned in with the Delegate application.  Remember that the forms are due JUNE 15th!

EAC looking for volunteers
